2 This property is a great location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Nevertheless, it is in intense need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Past reviews described the outdoor spigot not working - it's still not working. Hence the house acquired lots of sand in it.
A few notes about former reviews. There is currently a hose outside so you can clean off sand (but no mat at leading of stairs), and also the fridge looked pretty new and wasn't rusty.
